Senior Instructor & Lecturer
Natasha Frost is a certified First-Step Instructor and a lecturer in the Professional Training Program for early childhood development, specializing in the birth to age 2 stage.
She serves as a Senior Therapist at the First-Step Center, where she focuses on early developmental guidance for children from 0 to 7 years old, based on the First-Step method developed by Shay Silberbush. Natasha is also a specialist in supporting children with special needs and their families, offering tailored developmental guidance and intervention strategies.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience working with children and families, she brings a deep understanding and refined skillset to her work with both neurotypical children and those with developmental challenges.
Natasha holds a degree in Education from the Jerusalem Rubin Academy and is a proud mother of two. Her personal and professional experience allows her to connect deeply with the families she supports, offering them insight, empathy, and practical tools during the most formative years of their children’s lives.
