Position: Project Manager for Projects in the Special Needs Sector
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time

What We Offer
As part of the First Step Method team, you’ll work closely with our founder, Shai Silberbusch, in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to our mission while the organization is in the midst of international expansion, making a tangible impact on the lives of children and families around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Publication Management: You will be instrumental in managing the publication process of the first book on children with special needs by Shai Silberbusch. This responsibility is part of a broader role that involves managing various projects within the Special Needs sector.
- Publicity Activities: Lead initiatives to enhance the visibility and reach of our educational content, employing innovative strategies to engage our target audiences.
- Partnership and Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships critical to the advancement of educational projects related to the Special Needs sector at First Step Method.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the English-speaking social media activities, developing and implementing strategies to engage and expand our online community.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in project management. Candidates with strong backgrounds in publicity, journalism, or related fields are particularly encouraged to apply, especially if they are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple projects and initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- A commitment to the values and goals of First Step Method, with a readiness to contribute to our dynamic, expanding organization.
- Proficiency in English as the working language is essential, enabling effective communication within our international team and with global partners.
